Notable Sustainability Features

• AEP 6 has achieved LEED Gold certification from the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System in 2010. AEP7 and AEP10 became LEED SILVER certified effective 2014.
  
  LEED is a nationally accepted benchmark for the performance, operation and maintenance of high performance green buildings which promotes a multi-faceted approach to sustainability.


• In addition, all other buildings in AEP have received BOMA BEST Certification (Level 2 or 3). BOMA BEST is a national environmental certification program recognizing commercial buildings where environmental best practices have been implemented into their operation.
